Come on – only six total votes? People, this is a MAC site. Where's the ballot stuffing?

Have to admit that I stick with Aqua as repulsive as it is. One of the reasons is that platinum is just a mirage. OS X is what it is, and no window dressing will ever change that. Plus, platinum is a constant reminder that I have a dying friend in OS 9, a loss that I'm trying to accept.

I just let OS X remain as intended by Jobs. A blatant piece of unfinished crap. Any 3rd party or built in aesthetic improvements to disguise this fact may only serve for one to lose focus on how awful a performer X is. We don't wanna become complacent or become crap-settlers, now do we?

Oh, the irony. Here I am scouring the side streets of Chicago, looking for warm bodies, looking for votes. I find one and it's cast for Aqua. Not only that but it's the tiebreaker and it's a vote presumably cast by a renowned X-critic…and not just any X-critic. He's one of the founding X-critics.

On second thought it's quite possible, because of your criticism of Aqua and Jobs, that you intended to vote for a third-party theme or that maybe you didn't understand the question. Maybe the ballot was too complicated. Y'all don't mind if I recount the votes correctly, do you?

I voted Graphite because there's no way I'm making OS X even weaker by installing an Appearance hack...

I hereby swear on a stack of AHIGs that I, Brad Nelson, will not send spam to anyone who votes in my poll. Nor I will not knock on their door in the middle of the day and ask them “Have you heard the good word about the AHIGs?” I will not even try to tell them how they can improve their performance (by booting in OS 9) or how to enhance their length (of tongue – the better with which to lick Aqua).

As for brother thalo, all bets are off.
