If this is true, good news. Everything should be faster. Of course i don't trust reviews until i've seen it with my own eyes. Do they use the most expensive Macs to "test" it, maybe.
But AFAIK there are not 500 "amazing new" features planned for 10.6 but "only" under-the-hood changes to bring OS up to speed. Some shimmering light at the horizon. Maybe it's finally time to invest in a new Mac.
Right now, 10.6 may be the better choice compared to 10.5 and worth the wait. 10.4.11 runs good here.

I just hope there is a Yeti in there, too.
