aapl is now around $47 a share.

What gives?

Looks like Markles fears are correct.

The iPod is having a "halo effect" on Mac sales.

This analyst is projecting a $100 a share price with the anticipated potentional growth that is occuring from sales of other hardware by consumers whose first purchase of a Mac product started with an iPod.

The exposure of iPodes and iTunes to a PC market that would have never thought twice about Apple as a computer purchase are showing a trend that has turned into additional hardware sales.

Don't these PC using iPod owners understand that Apple doesn't want to sell computers but they just want to peddle iPods.

This iPod plan seems to be blowing up in Apples face.
