Brother Smithz with all this boozing it sounds like Germany still has not recovered from the World Cup. Well at least if you have the urge to smoke a fatty you can cross the border to Holland to keep it legal. I think Markle living in California is allowed to grow plants in his backyard as long as it is for personal consumption.

I think Apple will release new hardware when Leopard is launched. It will give them time to get the Quad Core CPU's in the machines.

AFAIK it's still illegal even in California to grow Plants, even for personal use. Even medical users are in trouble, they depend on some permit which hardly anyone gets. But going to Holland is indeed not a bad idea .

Means "You know the way to the hofbräuhaus (brewery)?" ... Is she hot?

I don't really know, because i'm not familiar with bavarian beers. I'm more into the northern brews: Astra, Becks (you sure know this), Jever, Holsten (->St. Pauli)
Anyway, Spaten seems to offer various beers, but not too strong ones (nothing above 5,9% alc) :

smithz do the really strong beirs end in Weisse as well? The inn I stayed while in Moosburg (about half way between Muchen and Landshut on B11 at a bridge on a bend in the Isar ) had Spaten on tap. It was certainly much better than what we get here. The Weisse beir now that kicked our asses if I remember correctly. In bottles with the yeast sediment at the bottom.

Well, the Berliner "Weisse"-Beer is not that strong AFAIK. It may have kicked your asses, because it's mixed with sweet sirup. Or do you mean "Wheat" (Weizen) beer? That is kicking ass, and has sediment too... Try "Hefe-Weizen" or "Kristall Weizen", but be warned: Some ppl dislike this, some not. Normally it's not too strong, but it somehow kicks ass differently compared to "normal" beer.
