Having worked in print for so long, I have learned one thing: you really have to appreciate a good typo. One of the best in my lifetime is this. Penguin of Australia had to pulp 7000 copies of "The Pasta Bible" after a recipe for Spelt tagliatelle with prosciutto and sardines (actually sounds quite yummy) called for salt and "freshly ground black people."
Pulping the books cost Penguin some $18,500. But copies in the stores are not being recalled, so act now and own a piece of history, lol.
I friggin' love this. I can't wait to see whether Al Sharpton or some other leftist idiot will try to spin this as a genuine racist plot. Seems to me Australia has made it into the news for racist TV commercials. Something about fried chicken, wasn't it?

I pretty much haven't met a food I didn't like. Our family summer barbecues sometimes were nothing but fried chicken, potato salad, watermelon. My great uncle had welded up a big rectangular fryer which he put over the BBQ and filled with Crisco and made the crispiest most delicious fried chicken on the planet. And we didn't sit there and throw around the n-word. We were too busy eating. If black people are responsible for those foods, all I have to say is this: THANK YOU.

One of the Democrats in the Washington House of Representatives has apparently called one of the guys running for the House (against another Democratic opponent) a Tea Party racist. This is according to his wife. I know them both. I've done work for them. It makes you realize the actually stupid and infantile children we have sitting in office right now. They can think no further than playground rules. What I posted on Facebook was:
Lacking an argument, and seemingly devoid of intellectual content, the Democrats act like children on the playground throwing insults around simply because someone is opposing them. We're talking spoiled brats and, in this case, ideological goons. It is no small thing to call someone a racist as a political tactic. These fiends need to all be voted out and replaced by responsible adults.

These comments by President Hussein today on the Zimmerman self-defense case are a disturbing example of a political opportunist. It truly is grotesque the character of the man in the White House.
George Zimmerman in the court of main stream media has be convicted of being a white racist who ran down an innocent black teenager walking along eating skittles and drinking tea then shot him dead.
Zimmerman's family has stated that their son is not white but a Spanish speaking Hispanic. Trayvon Martin the teenager who was shot was in a gated community he did not live in. He was acting suspicious in a place that has been having a rash of break-ins. Zimmerman was the local neighborhood watch captain.
There are 911 calls leading up to the shooting that show Zimmerman behaving like a neighborhood watch captain. Reporting Trayvon Martin detailing what is going on. The one call that I listened to the last thing that happens is Trayvon Martin takes off on foot running away per Zimmerman's account. After which the mainstream media has spun this into Zimmerman is a white racist. And Trayvon Martin is an innocent black teenager a victim of Zimmerman the white racist.
There is little being said about exactly what happened from the time Zimmerman told the 911 dispatcher Trayvon Martin took off running. Out of the half dozen storys I read about the incident only one gave any sort of account by Zimmerman which read along the lines of there was a struggle which ended with Trayvon Martin being fatally shot.
All of this could have been avoided if Trayvon Martin was not wandering around the gated community he did not belong which had nothing to do with his race. Not one article ever raises the question why was Trayvon Martin in the gated community in the first place but they all describe Trayvon Martin as being innocent.
Now President Hussein weighs in by invoking his daughters politically who he recently stated should not be used politically.
Democrat-Socialist party ideology racism at all costs.

The Sunday morning shows have been so deplorable falling right in line around this story they were unwatchable devoid of any reason truth or reality. Nothing more than a propaganda wing for the Hussien White House.
It turns out that the innocent Trayvon Martin broke George Zimmerman's nose and pounded his head on the sidewalk.
The wannabe gangsta ended his life like many of the gang bangers he was emulating by getting shot dead.
It is amazing how the only images of Trayvon Martin are those when he was around 13 years old. Many people think that he was 13 years old.
This has all been another successful media diversion by the Hussein White House through the help of the media and racist huckster Al Sharpton who is trying to create a race riot in Sanford Florida.
I want my son to look just like him. Oh, except for the dead part. And the likely “hoodlum” part. And the “chip on his shoulder” part.
I admit we don’t know all that happened. But there was a splendid reply from a reader to yesterday’s Kevin Jackson article on this event which sounds like it could be pretty close to the truth:

Zimmerman acted as he thought in the best interests of his neighborhood. It was a judgment call. If he hadn't been armed, the story- which would NOT get national attention- would be black kid beats man to death. Don't think so, have you read about the black youth who stripped and murdered two British tourists in Tampa? His trial is ongoing. Hmm.... wonder if Obama thinks his kid would look like that one...
Also, do not excuse Martin from HIS responsibility to act like a decent citizen, even if offended. We talk to each other to solve conflict. Or at least civilized people do. How hard would it have been for him to walk up and say, "Hey, why are you following me? I'm not from around here, but I'm visiting with my dad at his girlfriend's house right over there."
Zimmerman would not have shot the kid then. In fact, they would have parted peacefully. Instead, Martin appears to have jumped Zimmerman and got shot for it. It is not "stand your ground", it is "keep from getting beat to death" defense. We don't know all the facts, but we do know the new facts
1. Zimmerman isn't white (talk about screwing up a story!) 2. Zimmerman isn't a racist (mentored two black kids, has blacks in his circle of friends and family) 3. Didn't stalk and shoot Martin (not if being beaten while on your back is stalking!) 4. Apparently, he cried for days over the incident and was inconsolable. (Doesn't sound like a cold blooded killer at all) 5. May have been walking back to his vehicle when attacked (who would be the bad guy then?)
Life is a risk and bad things happen. Making Zimmerman this generation's Stacey Koons to appease a segment of the voting population is arguably a bigger offense than a shooting that could have been avoided. What if the facts prove him innocent? How is Obama going to walk back from that? Will Zimmerman find himself indicted and on trial in Federal court because his conviction will make some black and Leftists happy?
I suggest you hold your "he should be punished" statement until you hear all the facts. This could have been you are someone you care about just finding themselves in a bad place, in a unwinnable situation, having to make the least of the bad choices available.
