I have never had any real issues with Verizon. When there has been any problems they have been resolved.

Last week while trying to check email from a web browser it would not let me just log in. I had to jump through hoops. When the process was done some how I had a new primary account. Apparently one that can not be removed. The email address I had been using is now an alias that can be deleted.

I was on the phone with Verizon for well over an hour. Changing passwords changing passwords changing passwords. I said look I want that new primary account to be deleted. We can not do that. Just ignore it. How when I log in I have to use the new fucking account name.

They could give me no explanation to why or how I was able to create a new primary account. But once it is done in Verizon land it is irreversible.
